Annual Award Dinner and Dance

The Council of Black Faculty & Staff (CBFS) is pleased to announce our 41st Annual Scholarship Awards Dinner & Dance on Friday, November 21, 2025 at The Carriage House (Grand Savannah Ballroom), 25 South Pitney Road, Galloway, NJ 08205. A cocktail reception begins at 6:00 p.m. Our 2025 Honorees will be selected soon.

 

Cocktail Hour (Azalea Room):

A Selection of Imported & Domestic Cheeses

A sampling of assorted cheeses elegantly displayed with

a selection of artesian breads, stone ground mustard and assorted crackers

    Seasonal Garden Vegetables

Seasonal vegetables with a variety of dipping sauce

 

Buffett Dinner:

The Classic Caesar Salad

Crisp hearts of romaine complemented with Reggeanio Parmigiano cheese, and garlic-anchovy dressing.

Sliced Beef Tenderloin

Roasted and served on a bed of wild mushroom ragout.

Herb Crused Salmon

Lemon-lime butter sauce, Euro cucumber and Heirloom tomato compote.

The Carriage House Chicken

Breast of chicken coated in Parmesan and egg, and pan seared. Served

with a sun-dried tomato butter sauce.

Pasta Primavera (Vegetarian)

Bread and butter included.

Soft drinks, coffee and tea included.

  Dessert

Chef鈥檚 choice of assorted desserts.

 

 

Dinner Prices:  $85 per person or a table of 10 for $850.  Guests should check in at the registration table when arriving at the venue (no tickets will be issued).  Business professional attire is required (no jeans or sneakers).
