  2. HR sends information for employer packet to Office of General Counsel (OGC) and Immigration Attorney

     

  3. Immigration Attorney sends H1-B questionnaire to employee

     

  4. Immigration Attorney provides Labor Certification Application (LCA) notice to OGC and HR

     

  5. HR posts LCA notice on the HR information board

     

  6. LCA is submitted to Department of Labor by Immigration Attorney on behalf of 黑料社 University for certification

     

  7. Immigration Attorney prepares Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker (Form I-129) for University approval

     

  8. Immigration Attorney submits H1-B Petition to US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
